Paws & Claws practices positive reinforcement training. We are happy to include this training technique during our visit with your furry family member. Just let us know what specific training task you would like us to focus on.
We are available within a 10 mile or 15 minute radius from Lake Mary, Florida. Requests outside our radius may incur a travel fee.
These towns include parts of Heathrow, Wekiwa Springs, Forest City, Altamonte Springs, Fern Park, Maitland, Winter Park, Casselberry, Longwood, Winter Springs, Sanford, Debary, and Deltona located in Seminole County, Orange County, Lake County, and Volusia County.

In addition to saving on overall costs, our members have first dibs on all of our services. They are basically our VIP family. Membership costs vary and are based on the specific services you require as well as location. Contact us to discuss options and for an estimate.

Day Care / Overnight Boarding - $45
In-Home Care
Drop off your pet at our home where they are cared for like one of our own. Your furry family friend will enjoy watching the turtles and ducks during our tree-lined shaded walks around the two large community ponds and greenway trail. Depending on your pet's need for the day, they will experience a variety of play, snuggles, companionship, walks, mental stimulation, and interactive games. Space is limited. Our day care hosts around two pets at a time. *Discounted rate for cats.
Pets must be friendly with other animals. Pets must be clean, free of flees, and up to date with their vaccinations (i.e. Bordetella, DHPP, Rabies, etc.) Puppies may be charged an added care fee. Pets nine months and older should be spayed or neutered.

One-On-One Private 30 minute session
Our training sessions consist at least once a week. We will introduce a set of skills to your pet and provide you the education to follow through during the remainder of the week. We implement positive reinforcement training and will also help you create a fear-free animal-human bond that is based on trust and respect.
Consultation - $15
30 minute Meet & Greet
Let us come to your home to meet your furry family members in person. During this time you can show us where the extra food, treats, doggy bags, kitty litter, and cleaning supplies are located. We can learn their routine and you can verify that we are a great fit for your family.
We are also comfortable entering your home without a meet & greet if your pet is friendly to strangers. We have found that most pets are used to sitters coming and going and are just mostly excited to see a friendly face whether or not they have met them prior. However, if your pet has ever shown aggression or resource guarding then an in-person introduction is required.
